PERFORMANCE AREA REQUIREMENTS
Our dogs can perform on grass, turf, basketball courts, and most stages. The area needs to be a flat, free of trees, rocks, and other obstructions that could endanger our performers. A large area is preferable, but we are flexible with the size of the performance area. A photo of the performance area will be required prior to final booking. Because safety of our acrobatic stunt performers is our foremost concern, we cannot perform on tile, concrete, or asphalt.
About Kirby McIlveen CCFT
I found dog sports in 2003 when I started in agility with my Shih Tzu, Lucky. He went at his own pace, but always ran with precision and loved it. A year later, I got Sketch, a Border Collie. In 2006, we discovered the world of disc dogs and have been competing in disc dog events ever since. Over the years, a few more dogs have joined the pack and enslaved me as their flying disc thrower. Their talent and enthusiasm has taken us to the top of elite competitions around the world, winning 17 world championships and 6 national championships.
I recently completed my Bachelor's at California State University, Fullerton, and the Certified Canine Fitness Trainer (CCFT) at University of Tennessee, Knoxville. As a CCFT, I train dogs to be the best athletes they can be. I offer various training solutions for dog sport enthusiasts and pet dog owners. In my spare time, I train for disc dog competitions, hike with my dogs, and help my mom's non-profit dog rescue, K9 Spirit Organization.
